Management of the Seidensticker Group

A family business.

The Seidensticker group of companies is a traditional family company and is now in the 3rd generation.

The two managing partners Gerd Oliver and Frank Seidensticker focus on strategic management and the expansion of the brand and private label business areas. The operational management of the group is carried out by Dr. Silvia Bentzinger, Dr. Horst Gersmeyer and Dr. Marc Barrantes.

Dr. Silvia Bentzinger has overall responsibility for the Seidensticker brand. The doctor of law has been with the group since 2008. As CEO of the Seidensticker brand, Dr. Silvia Bentzinger also spokeswoman for operational management. Dr. Horst Gersmeyer, who has been with the Seidensticker Group since 2018, is COO of the group of companies. In this role, he heads the Supply Chain division and is responsible for global activities within Purchasing & Procurement as well as Production and Logistics for Europe and Asia. In addition, Dr. Horst Gersmeyer heads the Private Label division. Dr. As CFO, Marc Barrantes is responsible for finance and accounting, controlling, IT, legal affairs and human resources.
